The One with Sleep by Day, Play by Night

Friday, September 18, 2009

Ahhhh. The life of the semi-unemployed. I went from working almost 80 hours a week to about 20 and I work from home so it's very quiet. During the day it's just me and my bird. And cat. And rabbit. And chinchilla. And finches. But they don't talk much. They do keep me entertained though. I watch a lot of movies and TV. I try to read, but more often than not I fall asleep. Then at night when Chris gets home, we get to play! Tonight we met up with four other dental student first year couples to eat the the next best thing to Cafe Rio - Wahoo's.
Thanks for indulging me and my camera happy self Kate and looking at the camera! Let's try this again folks...
Much better! Hi Kate and Perhson! Hi Chris and Jenny! Hi Blake, Erica, and Brooklyn! Hi Ryan and Melissa! (Melissa, start a blog!) Hi my Chris!
I sleep by day and play by night. This is the life :)

  1. I'm so happy that you're having so much fun! I think you'll have these friends for a long time. Just like the Taylor, Millett, Dance, and Burbidge crew. Our most cherished friendships in the world!

  6. Sounds like MY days when I'm not working! LOL. I only work at The Container Store about 24 hours per week.

Though... I do try VERY hard not to fall asleep when I'm home. LOL. I watch a lot of Friends (on my iMac), and we don't have a television, so I do spend a good deal of time on the internet. Too much time there. :-p

I should scrap and clean today. But I'm sick and trying to rest and get better before work tomorrow. :-p We'll see how that goes...
