Toucan Layout by Julie Taylor

Hi there - Julie Taylor here today! As soon as I saw this gorgeous Toucan cut file I knew he would look just great nestled in some tropical looking leaves to scrap a photo of our trip to Disney California back in 2017.
I cut the toucan on black cardstock and backed it with papers from the Pick-Me-Up 6x6 Paper Pad, choosing all the lovely bright colors. I chose the Leaves cut file & Folk Art Flower cut file then cut them out on white cardstock before adding distress oxide inks to them to make them more tropical looking.
I then clustered them around the toucan, which I’d placed in the middle of the page, adding flowers fussy cut from Paper 02Rub-OnsPuffy Stickers, and gold leaves from the Chipboard Stickers. I matted my photo on papers from the 6x6 Paper Pad and added it to the bottom right with another leaf cluster on top of that.
My title ‘Sunshine & Blue Skies’ came from the Stickers and a few gold ink splatters finished the page.
Thanks for stopping by!
