Hi friends! Jackie Ashton here with my next design team project using the Candy Cane from the 25 Christmas Cut Files 2019. For my layout I used the lovely Garden Shoppe collection.
To start my layout, I cut the Candy Cane from white cardstock and backed it using patterned papers from the 12x12 Paper Pad and 6x8 Paper Pad. Then I added 3D foam to give the Candy Cane some dimension and added it to the background made from Paper 7. After printing my photograph at 3x4, I added a few pieces of patterned paper from the 6x8 Paper Pad and cut apart labels from the Ephemera Die Cuts to give the photograph some depth, but not too much bulk. For my title I used a combination of the Thickers and small alphabets from 8-Page Sticker Book.
I love that even though Garden Shoppe is not a ‘Christmas’ line I was able to make a festive layout! Thanks so much for stopping by!
