My assignment was to create a love-themed page featuring a product I love using my Garden Shoppe collection! Can you guess the product I love? It's patterned paper of course!
I used two sizes of heart punches to make a bunch of hearts from Paper 24, the 12x12 papers, and the 6x8 Paper Pad so I could feature alllll the patterns and colors of Garden Shoppe.
I trimmed the background paper (the tiny hearts B-side of Paper 4) down to 11.5" square and then used strips of Paper 19 around the edges for a colorful frame. In the center I added a photo then made the title above with Thickers and a Foam Phrase Sticker. I finished the title with mini alphabet stickers from the 8-Page Sticker Book at the bottom of the photo.
I scattered the patterned paper hearts all around the page, adding a line of glue down the backs only so the edges could lift and bend to create dimension/shadow. Then I filled in some of the gaps with copper foil hearts from the Foam Phrase Stickers. To finish I tucked a journaling spot from the Ephemera Die Cuts under the photo and wrote journaling on top.
