Sometimes, I don't think Rachel our cat knows she's a cat.
***We did not put her in any of these positions. She did it all on her own. We just find her like this and take pictures. You know the saying, curiosity killed the cat...knock on wood... But she really is a curious cat."***
One day she's a bird. How on earth she got up there without knocking anything down is a mystery.
"You lookin' at me?"
The next day she's a human. Mmmm. Chicken. And peas.
Don't worry, we didn't eat the food after she touched it.
Back to a bird. A cannibalistic bird that is - I see her eying those finches...
And back to a human. Mmmm. Bagel.
The next day she's a monkey, climbing new heights I didn't know were possible for a cat.
Her newest identity crisis is she thinks she's a rabbit. When the weather is nice we put Chandler's cage out on the deck and let him run around. The instant we open the cage door, Rachel hops right in and starts chomping on the rabbit hay. She's so strange.
Chandler's like, "It's coo. I can dig this."
Such a strange strange cat...

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, she is so cute. I love the pic of her on top of the bird contraption and the fridge. That is AWESOME! OK, I have to introduce you to Ginger - she's out calico and does funny things, too. She enjoys sitting atop the shower curtain. I know, hey?
