Here is my layout all about ME!
ME by Paige Evans
Journaling says: I have doubts and fears, hopes and dreams, good days and bad days. I'm not perfect, I make mistakes. But I love with all my heart and try to be the best version of me.
How to: Drop white spray mist across a gray striped paper background. Trim three block of patterned paper and adhere them across the center. Use a pencil to draw some doodles above and below the papers, like the doodles of the Polka Dot Party line by Dear Lizzy for American Crafts. Place three black & white photos over the patterned paper blocks. Fussy cut flowers from patterned papers and layer them along with die cut flowers, above and below the photos. Place three epoxy circle stickers among the flowers. Trim the edge from a piece of patterned paper and tuck it under the bottom layer of flowers. Add a die cut frame over the middle photo. Adhere chipboard letter stickers in the bottom right corner of the frame to make a title. Set a hot pink ribbon bow on the top right corner of the frame for a pop of color. Journal directly on the empty space of the left photo. Drop more white spray mist over the layout.
Supplies: Patterned paper, stickers (chipboard letters, epoxy circles), ribbon bow, die cuts (flowers, frame), pen, adhesive: American Crafts; Spray mist: Studio Calico; Pencil: Bic

Hmmm...one random fact: did you know that Tazmanian Devils actually exist and although they are super cute, they're also pretty vicious? (Sorry my hubby is a zoology major and after we watched Looney Tunes this morning, this was a conversation we had...)

ReplyDeleteLove your layout! The fussy cutting and the photos are fabulous! My random fact is that beans, corn, bell peppers, peas, eggplant, pumpkins, cucumbers, squash and tomatoes are all fruits? That’s because, botanically speaking, fruits are the part of flowering plants that contain the seeds and are the means by which such plants disseminate those seeds.
