Only 17 days until Halloween! Here is a double-page spread I made for Scrapbook & Cards Today last year using my retired but faBOOlous Tricks & Treats collection paired with a TRICK or TREAT Title with Stitching Holes cut file!
Patterned paper is my absolute favorite scrapbook supply and one of the best ways to use lots of patterns on a layout is to create a title with a different pattern for each letter. Enlarge the title to have it go across an entire double-page spread and add optional hand stitching and you have a winning design!
It took me about 15-20 minutes to stitch each letter so you’re looking at about 4-5 hours of time to stitch. I love the texture and interest stitching adds so it’s always worth it to me!

I tucked embellishments above and under the letters and then added my photos. I varied using liquid glue and foam squares to attach embellishments for different depths and casting of shadows to make the page dynamic and interesting! A sprinkling of white enamel dots across the background creates pops of texture.
