ME & AMY

Journaling says: Can this really be called work if all we do is laugh and take pictures and scrap all night?? :)

How to: Die cut 30 hearts from a white cardstock sheet using a Cricut and the "auto fill" feature at 2" then trim the paper down 1/2" on all sides. Back each heart with a piece of patterned paper or fabric paper or a photo. Type journaling on kraft cardstock and adhere it behind the bottom right heart. Mount the paper on a kraft cardstock background. Hand stitch around the hearts with photos using gray thread. Make an arrow from cream cardstock, mat it with dark gray cardstock using pop dots, then adhere it to the page using pop dots. Cut a "let's go" arrow sticker in half and place the pieces on the cardstock arrow. Make the title from Thickers and an "A" star Bits piece. Embellish around the title with two fabric brads with three paper leaves tucked under each one, a "hello friend" dimensional sticker, an orange people sticker with the heart between them backed with pink paper, and a tree fabric patch. Cut out the flower from fabric paper, set a brown cameo fabric brad through the center, mount it on a pink doily Bits die cut, then adhere it to the bottom right corner above the journaling. Done and done!

Note: I'm pretty sure Amy Tangerine is my favorite line. Ever. Hands down. No questions asked. What's not to love? :)

Supplies: Patterned paper, fabric paper, fabric brads, paper leaves, die cuts ("A" star, doily), tree fabric patch, stickers (dimensional "hello friend", "let's go" arrow, orange people), chipboard letter stickers: Amy Tangerine for American Crafts; Cardstock, adhesive: American Crafts; Floss: DMC; Personal electronic cutting machine (Cricut Expression), cartridge (George and Basic Shapes): Provo Craft; Typewriter: Smith Corona
