Mother's Day TN by Mik Godinho

Hi friends! It’s Mik here from Papermiks here, sharing some more inspiration using Paige's Bloom Street collection and Mother cut file. Mother’s Day is around the corner and today I’ll show you a gift you can give to your mom.
I started by die cutting the Mother cut file from white cardstock on my Silhouette Cameo. Then I cut the letters from pastel colored cardstocks. For the cover, I picked white cardstock and cut it into 8 1/4" x 11". I folded it in the middle to mark it. Then, to make my background, I cut a 7¾ x 4½" piece from Paper 12 and 24” of natural burlap ribbon. Next, I glued Paper 12 on the cardstock and then on to stitching around the page. Once the background is ready, it’s time to attach the cut file, using some 3D foam squares. On the "MOTHER" letters I added the same letters in the Floral Foam Thickers.

I also fussy cut some flowers from Paper 12 and glued them on my background using 3D foam. I love the dimension and shadows they create. Before finishing, I made a cover for a notebook in which Mom can make lists, plan, or scrap!

I hope you’ve got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!
