Easter Hobonichi Page by Paula Fiihr

Tuesday, May 19, 2020

Hello and happy Tuesday! Paula Fiihr here with my next project featuring Paige's cut files. Today my Hobonichi layout is all about a happy day with my family on Easter. I chose the Geometric Butterfly cut file and filled it up with all the things - lots from Bloom Street!
First I splattered the pages with watercolor to add a bit of color. Then I used paper from the 12x12 Paper Pad to back most of the butterfly pieces. Some of the other shapes are filled with stitched French knots, embroidery thread, sequins, lace, and Nuvo drops. Like I said, all the things! The words inside the butterfly are from Paper 13. The top corner shows two tags from Ephemera Die Cuts attached with a brad. Pictures we took on Easter fill the spots around the butterfly. A couple of the word stickers from the Cardstock Stickers on top of the heart border sticker from the Project Pad finish it off. Now I have a lovely page showing a day I’ll never forget!

I hope you all have a great day day and thanks for stopping by!!
