Birthday Pumpkin Spice Latte Layout by Valerie Bisson

Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Hello friends! Valerie Bisson here today and I’m so happy to share a new fall layout with you featuring Paige’s Pumpkin Wreath cut file and her Tricks & Treats collection.
The Pumpkin Wreath cut file was perfect for my love of pumpkin spice lattes and I always look forward to my free birthday Starbucks treat every year. To document this I printed 2 Instax photos which were the perfect size to nestle into the center of the wreath. I cut the Pumpkin Wreath at about 10” from white cardstock and backed it with my scraps from Tricks & Treats and a few other pieces from Paige’s collections, selecting oranges, pinks, and some yellows. I chose a piece of Vanilla Bazzill cardstock for my background and incorporated a little bit of mixed media. I brushed on some Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink in a circle to create a halo around the wreath. Next I added white acrylic paint splatters all around. Then I adhered the cut file with foam squares centered on the page. I added my photos in the middle of the wreath with a foam banner and a couple of pumpkin Cardstock Stickers. The acrylic title is from my stash and the birthday letters are Mini Foam Thickers. Lastly I added journaling below the title and coordinating enamel dots around the wreath. That completes my layout! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Halloween Layout by Sophie Delorme

Monday, September 29, 2025

Hello scrapbook friends! It's Sophie Delorme back on Paige's blog today and I am excited to bring back her BOOtiful Tricks & Treats collection! Hooray for the spooky season!!! I paired the collection with Paige's Halloween Sign cut file.
First I cut the Halloween Sign from white cardstock, then I backed it with several patterned papers from Tricks & Treats, and mounted it on the page with foam squares. I created a mixed media background with inks from my stash on white cardstock and made it visible only on the lower portion of the page. I also tore a layer of paper and a 12x12 black cardstock for my background. I added purple and white splatters to the black cardstock. I placed a "BOO" Foam Sticker on the cut file for my title and embellished around my photo with Cardstock Stickers, more Foam Stickers, Ephemera Die Cuts, Floral Die Cuts, and fussy cut ghosts. I am so happy with how it turned out! I hope that you find my page inspiring! Until next time!

Hexagons Layout by Paige Evans

Sunday, September 28, 2025

Happy Sunday! Here is a layout I made featuring the Chipboard Stickers from my LOVELY LANE collection with Pinkfresh Studio!
On a white cardstock background I splattered watercolors to match LOVELY LANE and then staggered ALL the hexagons from the Chipboard Stickers down the page. I find it easiest to place the largest hexagons first since they take up the most real estate, then add the medium size hexagons, and fill in the gaps with the smallest hexagons - 12 hexagons in total.
It must be noted, before placing the 4 largest hexagons I backed them with photos of me and the kids from Mother's Day 2025! I created the title with the Mini Puffy Alpha Stickers and the year with the Puffy Alpha Stickers. I added a few sentiments from the Cardstock Stickers, sprinkled a few Enamel Heart Stickers around the page, and wrote journaling on the bottom left side. Two fussy cut flowers and a bow finish up this page!
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out my LOVELY LANE collection!

That Fall Feeling Layout by Paige Evans

Saturday, September 27, 2025

It's officially fall! Here is another layout I made last autumn using the Farmstead Harvest collection by American Crafts featuring a leaf punch - the exact one I used I can't find anymore but THIS ONE looks similar.

When I brought up the fall decorations, our cat Amy plopped herself right in the middle of a wreath. She does this every time I switch out the wreaths. Cats are so funny. It only makes sense to create a wreath design for photos of a cat sitting in a wreath!
To create this layout I punched a bunch of leaves from the Farmstead Harvest patterned papers, bent up the edges for texture & dimension, then arranged them in a wreath on a fun pumpkin orange colored textured cardstock.
Next I splattered watered down white acrylic paint and matching watercolors on top for a unifying layer and a mixed media element. A sprinkling of enamel dots around the wreath creates bits of eye candy. A few simple sentiment stickers on and around the photos double as a title and embellishments.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a happy scrappy day!

Smiles & Laughter Layout by Phil Donahue

Hello scrappy friends! Phil Donahue here, happy to be back on Paige's blog with my first layout using her beautiful Lovely Lane collection! This layout features some cute photos of my niece and a fun way to upcycle a paper from the collection.
To begin, I used the cute pink striped Full Of Love paper as my main 12x12 background. Once I saw the collection, the main branding page for the 12x12 Paper Pack struck my eye because it featured all of the papers in the collection on one paper! I just had to find a way to use it. I cut the paper in half removing the branding items and cut the strips then curled and adhered them at different heights. I added adhesive foam to the back of each and placed it on the top and bottom of the background paper. I backed each photo with papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad and tucked them in the center of the page. I tucked flowers from the Floral Die Cuts behind the photos and applied a sentiment from the Rub-Ons to the largest photo. Lastly, I added phrases from the Puffy Stickers as my title and subtitle and sprinkles of Enamel Dot hearts around areas of embellishment to complete the layout! I hope you found some inspiration in this layout and choose to try Paige's Lovely Lane collection and maybe use the bonus paper for one of your pages! Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely day!

Branch Wreath Layout by Monique Lowe

Thursday, September 25, 2025

Hello creative friends! Monique Lowe here with a cozy fall layout documenting a joyful afternoon spent making autumn wreaths with good friends. For this page I dove into Paige’s beautiFALL Tricks & Treats collection and paired it with the lovely Branch Wreath cut file to frame this fun memory.
I started by cutting the Branch Wreath from Paper 12 - the earthy tones and subtle pattern made it the perfect base for layering. Next, I chose Paper 5 and softened it with a layer of white gesso, this not only muted the pattern slightly but also prepped the surface for wet media. Once dry, I used the wreath as a guide and applied Distress Inks using the packaging technique - this added soft washes of autumnal color radiating from the wreath shape. I glued the cut wreath on top and began embellishing with Floral Die Cuts. I also used the florals from the Embroidery Kit, hand-stitched each piece, and added sequins to the centers for a little sparkle. I followed a tone-on-tone approach for the florals and the background - one of my favorite, go-to techniques! Next, I tucked my photo into the wreath. Using a tab from the Ephemera Die Cuts, I added Mini Foam Thickers to create a simple, heartfelt title. A sprinkling of Enamel Dots added just the right amount of texture and whimsy to finish off my page. I loved combining texture and the tone-on-tone technique to make this lovely memory feel as warm and layered as the season itself. I hope this inspires you to document your own seasonal joy using Tricks & Treats. Until next time - happy scrapping!

Lovely Layout by Paige Evans

Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Hello scrappy friends, happy Wednesday! This is the 4th layout that I taught how to create at Frank Garcia Studio recently using my Lovely Lane collection and you can purchase the class PDF which includes all instructions and templates/cut files needed to make all 4 layouts for $10 HERE, OR, this class PDF as well as two others are free with the purchase of my Lovely Lane & Legendary collections bundle.
This layout features a hand stitched grid on a white cardstock background then filled in tic-tac-toe style with round patterned papers and square photos. Layered embellishments on top add interest, pops of color, and tie in with the florals on Jane's shirt.
To create more depth and dimension, I popped the circles up with foam squares and gently bent up the petals and leaves of the floral die cuts. I wrote a bit of journaling with a light blue pen under the bottom right photo.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to pick up my Lovely Lane & Legendary collections to get the class PDF for this layout plus 3 more and 2 mini albums!

Friends Layout by Jackie Ashton

Hello everyone! Jackie Ashton here sharing my new Design Team layout featuring Paige's Lovely Lane collection!
For this layout I used a selection of the papers from 6x8 Paper Pad, adding them in blocks vertically down the middle of a white cardstock background. I did a punched border on one of the patterned papers and added pom pom trim to add texture. I love that this collection has Rub-Ons which I’ve added around my layout. To embellish I added two of the hexagons from the Chipboard Stickers which I cut in half and added to each side of the patterned paper. More Chipboard StickersLayered Stickers, and Cardstock Stickers were added around my page. For the small cluster at the top right, I added two stars from the Hearts & Stars Die Cuts, overlapping with a phrase from the Cardstock Stickers. For my title I used a mix of the Puffy Alpha Stickers & Mini Puffy Alpha Stickers. I finished with clusters of Enamel Dots. I hope you have found some inspiration from this layout!

Hello Fall Layout by Inessa Persekian

Tuesday, September 23, 2025

Inessa Persekian here today with a new layout using Paige's Tricks & Treats collection!
For this fall-inspired layout, I started with a textured white cardstock base layered with a Floral Transparency. I cut out the center to create an 11x11" opening and stitched it down with my sewing machine for some added detail. The star of this page is the embroidered pumpkins from the Embroidery Kit. I built my floral cluster around them, popping up the pumpkins and a few florals for dimension. I tucked in extra pieces from the Floral Die Cuts to bring it all together. For the photo, I added a handmade tag using the barcode strip from Paper 1, finishing it with three different baker's twine colors tied at the top. To balance the design, I created a banner focal point using a mix of Ephemera Die Cut banners, popping up the pumpkin banner for extra dimension. My title, “HELLO FALL” is spelled out with the Mini Foam Thickers layered over a journaling spot from the Ephemera Die Cuts. A few Enamel Dots scattered across the page finish it off perfectly. I love how this layout turned out and hope it inspires your next fall project. See you next time!

Dipped Leaves Layout by Audrey Mutschall

Monday, September 22, 2025

Hello friends! Audrey Mutschall here with an autumn layout featuring Paige’s Dipped Leaves cut file and her amazing Tricks & Treats collection! Though it’s technically a Halloween collection, there are lots of pretty papers and elements that can easily be used to make a fall-themed layout. I had so much fun putting this one together.
I started by cutting lots of Dipped Leaves from plaid Paper 7, orange Paper 9, turquoise Paper 11, and plain white cardstock. I placed a few of the leaves onto vellum and cut around them to make translucent leaves to add to the mix. I chose textured white cardstock for the background and added watercolor paint splatters in a circular shape. Next I arranged the leaves into a wreath shape, adhering them with tiny pieces of foam tape. I used a frame from the Foam Stickers around my photo and then embellished with fussy cut flowers from Paper 1, pumpkins from the Floral Die Cuts, and sentiment stickers from both the Adventurous and Happy Haven collections. Lastly, I added torn strips from Paper 1 at the top and bottom of the layout and glued sequins in a few places for some extra sparkle!

Farmstead Harvest 6x8 Scrapbook by Paige Evans

Sunday, September 21, 2025

Last fall I made a 6x8 scrapbook using the Farmstead Harvest collection by American Crafts along with a 3-hour virtual class which you can check out HERE!
Here is a flip through of this scrapbook:
There are 26 spreads/52 pages front & back and it holds 56+ photos of various sizes. Techniques include hand stitching, backing cut files, a leaf wreath, interactive flips & flaps, 23 ribbons attached to the edges for the most beautiFALL finishing touch, and so much more!
When I saw this leaves paper I could envision them embroidered and so that's exactly what I did for the cover. Labor of love for sure but I absolutely think it was worth it!
After class I clipped on a fun tassel charm.
The opening page is a large sequin pocket.
Can't have a scrapbook without a backed cut file! :)
I filled this scrapbook with photos from our annual family photoshoot in a sunflower field from fall 2023.
Love this sunflower tab cut file for a fun flip element.
Hidden pockets are a great place for journaling.
I had the entire family get involved and write things they're thankful for.
Pocket pages with little bits for the win.
Quilts and hand stitching go hand-in-hand.
A fall wreath made of punched patterned paper leaves.
Take a look at some of the additional pages and spread throughout this album:
