Gratitude Journal Dashboard by Mik Godinho

Hi friends! It’s Mik from Papermiks here! Do you know the gratitude journal? The Gratitude Journal is a tool that helps us remember the good times we’ve lived and for which we are grateful. Achievements and blessings that helped us to know why we should remain hopeful and confident in ourselves. Sometimes we forget our qualities and put our mistakes in front of our successes. The gratitude journal helps us learn more about ourselves and to be more self-aware. Today I'll show you how I used the gorgeous Go the Scenic Route collection and two of Paige's cut files to make my Gratitude journal dashboard.

I started by die cutting the Hearts Background cut file and You Got This cut file from white cardstock on my Cameo 4. To make the background I cut a rectangle in 9x7” from white cardstock which I painted with watercolors to match the collection papers. Then I glued the hearts.

I cut some hearts from Paper 6 and glued them with 3D foam squares to give it more dimension. I love the shadows it creates. I backed the You Got This cut file with Paper 24 to match with my background.

I love to use Ephemera Die CutsFlag Paperclips, and Cardstock Stickers to give my dashboards a happy touch, so I used some to decorate it. I hope you’ve got some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! If you have any questions or want to talk more about planners, leave a comment below the post or check out my IG account @papermiks.
