New Year Planner Spread by Mik Godinho

Hello everyone, Mik from Papermiks here! We have reached the end of another year, but this was anything but an ordinary one. We learned a lot from everything we went through, and one of the things I’ve learned was that we need to value every moment of happiness that we live. So today I want to invite you to create a list of things where you can write down what you would like to do with the people you love. And for the dashboard of this list, we’ll use the beautiful Go the Scenic Route collection and two of Paige's cut files: Happy New Year and Stars.

I started by die cutting the Happy New Year and Stars from white cardstock. To make the background I cut a rectangle to 9x7” from white cardstock then I glued the Stars cut file on the top and bottom. I backed the letters of the Happy New Year cut file with Paper 10 and glued them in place with 3D foam squares to give it more dimension. I love the shadows it creates.

I love to use Enamel Dots, paperclips, and die cuts to give my dashboards a happy touch, so I used some to decorate it along with gold stars.

I hope you’ve gotten some inspiration from this idea and enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by and have a creative day!
