Hi creative friends! Monique Lowe here popping in to share a fresh new layout featuring two of Paige’s gorgeous collections - Lovely Lane and Legendary. These two collections work so well together and I had the best time mixing elements from both.
I started by choosing three coordinating patterned papers: Be Here Now from Lovely Lane and Scenes from Today & Real Life from Legendary. From each pattern I cut two rectangles measuring 5 x 3". To bring in some texture and that handmade feel, I machine stitched around all six pieces. Once the rectangles were ready, I arranged them into a clean grid on a sheet of mixed media cardstock, popping each one up with foam squares for dimension. To soften the background and add a subtle glow, I brushed tone-on-tone watercolor around the edges of each rectangle. With the foundation in place, it was time for some fun embellishing each section of the grid! I mixed Lovely Lane Floral Die Cuts, Layered Stickers, and Enamel Dots with Legendary Cardstock Stickers, Chipboard Stickers, and Ephemera Die Cuts. All working beautifully together like they were meant to be! I layered my photo with white tissue paper for a light, airy frame, then finished the page with a title combining Puffy Alpha Stickers and Mini Puffy Alpha Stickers.
