BEAUTIFUL PRETTY LOVELY by Paige Evans

DESCRIPTION: Layers upon layers of leaves is the name of the game for this layout! And I was inspired by this moodboard from pinterest:
JOURNALING SAYS: Just an ordinary day. I love that you take time to stop and smell the flowers.

HOW TO: Watercolor a white cardstock sheet then let it dry and die cut flowers and leaves from it. Punch 2" squares from patterned paper then die cut small leaves from the squares; stitch details on each leaf. Paint over a doily mask on a gray cardstock layout base using white paint, remove the doily mask, then let it dry. Adhere a pair of photos in the center of the layout then tuck and layer the leaves and flowers under the photos. Add wood veneer, stickers, a cork sentiment, and journaling, above, below, and on the photos.

SUPPLIES: Cardstock, word stickers, cork sticker, wood veneer, pen, adhesive: American Crafts; Patterned paper: American Crafts, Studio Calico; Watercolors: Mr. Huey's by Studio Calico; Die cut machine: Silhouette Cameo by QuicKutz; Flower and leaves cut file: Kim Stewart for Studio Calico; Leaf cut files: Silhouette Online Store; Paint: Americana; Sewing machine: Brother; Thread: Coats & Clark
