Hi friends! It’s Ali Skifton here today sharing a layout I created for the Paige Evans Design Team using her beautiful Lovely Lane collection!
The colors in this collection were absolutely perfect for documenting a photo from my Nashville trip last year. Nashville was such a fun city to explore, especially all of the unique shops and photo opportunities around town. One of my favorite stops was Winky Lux where we couldn't resist snapping a few photos in front of their gorgeous balloon display. The bright colors and playful design made it the perfect memory to scrapbook. To create my layout, I selected five different patterned papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad and used them to cut circles in four different sizes. I loved how the circles echoed the shape of the balloons in my photo and helped create a cohesive design across the page. For added texture and detail, I hand stitched several of the circles, stitching inside some and around the outside of others. For my title, I used the fun and colorful Puffy Alpha Stickers to spell out "WINKY LUX". I also scattered a few Enamel Dots around the circles to add extra pops of color and visual interest. To finish the layout, I added a Layered Sticker at the bottom of my photo for the perfect final touch. I love how this page came together and how the Lovely Lane collection helped bring this special Nashville memory to life. Thanks so much for stopping by today!
