Hi friends! Valerie Bisson here and I’m so excited to share an all new layout with you featuring Paige’s Crafted Moments collection with Pinkfresh Studio.
I started by choosing a background paper that would lend itself to some hand stitching because that’s what I was in the mood for. With the Stay Present Paper and three strands of DMC thread I hand stitched all the grid lines of the lovely quilt design in a backstitch. I had a single photo of my daughter holding a newborn chick at school and the photo wasn’t great quality so I kept it small. I think one small photo on a page can be really eye catching, the emphasis is front and center. With one of the frames from the Chipboard Stickers I surrounded my photo. Next I added several pieces from the Ephemera Die Cuts, Floral Die Cuts, Chipboard Stickers, layering them under and around the photo. I made my title using the Mini Puffy Alpha Stickers and lastly a few hearts from the Enamel Shapes surround the design. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
