Hi everyone Kim Jeffress here! One technique I love using is combining two or more of Paige’s cut files. I love the texture it creates and the way you can customize them to create any theme. Today I am combining Paige’s Layered Heart cut file and the Love This cut file on the one layout. In conjunction with the new Horizon collection I love my new layout!
My first step was to cut the Love This cut file full size from white cardstock using my Silhouette Cameo. I then cut the Layered Heart cut file from different pieces of the solid colors from the Project Pad. I stitched the butterflies together with gold thread. Then I adhered the title to another piece of white cardstock which was trimmed to layer over the solid blue paper from the Project Pad.

I adhered the heart over the “o” in the title to form part of the word. I then added some of the Ephemera Die Cuts, Stickers, and stickers from the Project Pad to embellish my page. I also added a hidden photo under another photo using Washi Tape.

I love the added dimension the heart adds to my layout. It really creates a beautiful focal point!
