Hi friends! It’s Ashley Neu here for the Paige Evans Design Team to share this monochromatic floral layout that features Paige’s Happy Haven collection. I have created several layouts with this geometric heart design before because it’s easy to assemble and I always love the outcome!
To begin, I grabbed some patterned papers from the 12x12 Project Pad and cut out (10) 2 ½” squares. Next, I cut those squares in half from corner to corner to create 20 triangles. The fun part of assembling this geometric heart is laying out the pieces so that the same patterned papers are not too close together. To get the heart centered, I simply found the middle of the 12x12” white cardstock and started with the 4 triangles that were in the center of the heart. After adhering all of the triangles, I added my 2 photos. They are actually the same photo just printed twice, one in color and the other in black & white. Lastly, I created the title with pieces from the Cardstock Stickers and 12x12 Project Pad. The flowers came from the Floral Die Cuts. I just love those flowers!
