Hello crafty friends! Antonia Sherlock back with another Halloween layout using Paige's Tricks & Treats collection and her Spiderweb Frame from the 20 Halloween Cut Files Bundle.
I had lots of semi-circle shapes cut out from charcoal, teal, and yellow cardstock leftover from a previous layout. I cut some more from patterned papers from the Tricks & Treats collection, making sure that these were slightly smaller than the cardstock shapes - this way I could layer the patterned paper pieces on top of the cardstock before adding them around the edges to frame my layout. I cut the Spiderweb Frame from royal blue speciality cardstock - I chose this color to match my son’s jacket on the photos. I cut the spiderweb in half and placed one half alongside each vertical edge, tucking them under the scalloped borders. Next, I added my photos and created my embellishment clusters - I used the Floral Die Cuts and the Ephemera Die Cuts. I added the title using the Mini Foam Thickers and completed the layout by scattering Sequins around the embellishment clusters. Thanks so much for stopping by - I hope you find my layout inspiring!
