Hi friends! Valerie Bisson here and I’m so happy to share my iNSD 2026 challenge layout with you featuring Paige’s Crafted Moments collection and her Surfboards Cut File which you can find for free in her Happy Scrappy Place Facebook Group for iNSD 2026.
I started with the Made of Sunlight Paper for my background and added in torn strips of cardstock to represent the beach along the bottom, also adding a bit of white paint splatter. Next I used a natural colored paper from my stash to cut the surfboards and backed them with various papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad and the Dream In Color Paper. Next I added some hand stitching, outlining each of the surfboards. To define the edges of the surfboards even more I brushed on some distress ink. I lined up my surfboards, adhering them flat on one edge and using foam squares along the other edge. After this I added my photos which I made in 2 different sizes matted with cardstock. For my title I used the Mini Puffy Alpha Stickers along the top edge of the surfboards making it fun and whimsical. For embellishing I added three clusters with Floral Die Cuts and the Metallic Enamel Dots. I also tucked in a couple of tabs at the top photo and a tag for journaling from the Cardstock Stickers, topping off the tag with a blue dot from the Enamel Shapes.
