Sweet Layout by Stefanie Ried

Hello everyone! Stefanie Ried here and I am very happy to show you my first layout with the super beautiful new Bloom Street collection. I love this collection. It screams spring and makes the longing for sun, blooming flowers, and warm temperatures even greater. I can't wait until everything outside is green and colorful again. But until then, I'll enjoy this great spring collection and all the beautiful papers and stickers.
At first I looked at every paper. That's what I always do when I get a new collection from Paige. Usually the first ideas come to me just by looking at them. For my first layout I wanted to show as much as possible all of the great colors and motifs that are in the collection.
For this I cut paper strips in different sizes and arranged them in a line along with the photo. Afterwards I wanted to sew across the middle with the sewing machine but unfortunately the presser foot broke off my sewing machine. So I embroidered everything by hand instead which actually went quite fast.

At the end came the most beautiful part. The decorating. And there is a lot of that in the new collection. Stickers, charms, enamel dots...

Thanks for stopping by! See you soon!
