Hi friends! Valerie Bisson here today and I’m happy to share a mini album page with you featuring Paige's Christmas Tree from her new bundle of 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025 paired with her Very Merry Christmas collection.
My December album projects are always a work in progress and I continue to add pages to them so that one day they might be completed. I chose a photo for my 2023 album documenting my daughter's birthday. Starting with the Holiday Style Paper for my background cut to 7x8.5” to fit directly into my mini album without any page protector. Then from white cardstock I cut the Christmas Tree at 6” wide and backed it with the green papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad. Cut files work great sized down for a mini album. My tree needed a little spot to sit so I cut a small snow hill from white cardstock and placed it at the bottom edge of the page. Next I glued the tree and photo in place flat to the background. For added texture I hand stitched the tree and snow hill using DMC thread with all 6 strands in a backstitch. Now all that was left to complete my page was a title and some embellishment. I chose a title from the Chipboard Stickers and pieces from the Tags Ephemera Die Cuts. The Enamel Dots were a perfect finishing touch to decorate the tree. Lastly, I added a green glitter number from my stash to mark the day and a fun Christmas tree trim machined stitched to the edge of the page. I hope you’re inspired to document this season with all the fun cut files in the 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025!

Hi crafty friends! Antonia Sherlock here today sharing a page from my December Daily album documenting the way we decorate our home for Christmas. I used the Christmas Tree from Paige's new bundle of 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025 along with her Very Merry Christmas collection.
I included photos on this layout about how we utilize our hearth to showcase the assorted bunch of decorative items we have collected over the years. Some of these photos are clearly visible and some are hidden under the branches of the Christmas Tree! I cut out the individual shapes of the cut file differently so that I could create a waterfall effect, with the four layers of the tree lifting up revealing more photos and journaling. I created a short tutorial about how to create this interactive version of the Christmas Tree cut file on my YouTube channel. The layers of the tree are cut out from solid cardstock and the negative shapes are layered on top, creating a layered effect. For the negative shapes, I used some of the green and blue papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad. I used the Warmth and Wonder Paper for the background which complements the colors of the tree so well. I decorated the page with small embellishments: Tags Ephemera Die Cuts, Cardstock Stickers, and Puffy Stickers. I added the Chipboard Sticker title directly onto the cut file. As a final touch, I added a few Wood Stars which I painted gold before gluing them to the page. Be sure to check out my instagram account to find out what is hiding underneath the layers of the Christmas tree! Thanks for stopping by and I hope this page it inspires you to check out Paige’s Christmas Tree from her bundle of 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025 along with her Very Merry Christmas collection!
