Happy holidays scrappy friends! Phil Donahue here so happy to be back on Paige's blog sharing a festive layout featuring the Mittens from her 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025 along with her Very Merry Christmas collection.
This layout features a fun, almost chaotic mix of papers which reflects the energy from the photo of my niece and her dad sledding. To begin, I cut the Mittens out from white cardstock then backed it with scraps from the 12x12 Paper Pack and the 6x8 Paper Pad. I added colorful Enamel Dots and Wood Stars and adhered the picture behind the heart shape. I used the vibrant red Good Cheer Paper as my main background and cut Festive and Fun Paper to an 11x11" square and placed it over the top. To add even more interest I used a snowflake pattern stencil and metallic green texture paste over that. I added the photo and backed cut file on the page with foam adhesive and created my title with the Puffy Alpha Stickers and snowflakes from the Puffy Stickers to complete the layout!
