Hello scrappy friends! Monique Lowe popping in today to share a brand-new festive layout created with Paige’s Christmas Background from the new bundle of 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025 along with her Very Merry Christmas collection! It was such a fun one to bring to life!
To begin, I cut the Christmas Background from white cardstock and then got to work backing all those little sections with a wide mix of papers from both the 12x12 Paper Pack and the 6x8 Paper Pad. It was time consuming, but absolutely worth every minute – the color and pattern mix is so cheerful and full of Christmas charm. Once the backing was complete, I stuck the whole piece onto a sheet of the lavender Warmth and Wonder Paper and added machine stitching around the design to give it a quilted effect and lovely texture. With so much detail happening in the background, I decided to keep the rest of the layout clean and simple. I backed my black & white photo with a layer of vellum and a bold red paper from the 6x8 Paper Pad – the strong color helps it to pop beautifully against the detailed background. I raised the photo on foam squares for dimension then tucked in a few fussy cut florals from the It's Giving Christmas Paper along with a sweet holly sprig Icon Ephemera Die Cut. A lovely Chipboard Sticker title was the perfect finishing touch. Thanks so much for stopping by to take a look. I hope this inspires you to create something magical with the Christmas Background cut file and Paige’s Very Merry Christmas collection. Wishing you a very merry Christmas and happy festive scrapping!

Hi friends! Rochi Villegas here today sharing a festive layout featuring Paige's Christmas Background from the new bundle of 25 Christmas Cut Files 2025 along with with her Very Merry Christmas collection. I absolutely loved working with all the little sections - they're perfect for mixing patterns, textures, and icons from the collection!
I chose a black & white photo of my family from when my daughters were little, a picture I truly treasure. The soft nostalgic feel of the photo pairs so beautifully with the bright & cheerful colors of the Very Merry Christmas collection. I filled each part of the cut file with different patterned papers from the 12x12 Paper Pack and 6x8 Paper Pad, then embellished with snowflakes, sweet icons, Wood Stars, and Puffy Stickers to create a quilt-like Christmas background. Then I tucked a hidden journaling pocket behind the picture where I documented the memory from December 2007. This layout reminds me how special it is to capture precious moments. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope this inspires you to scrapbook your favorite holiday memories!
