Hello everyone! Jackie Ashton here with my next Design Team layout using Paige's Legendary collection with Pinkfresh Studio!
I started by cutting a large circle of patterned paper to anchor the design. To add texture I hand stitched around the edge of the circle using simple running stitches. In the center of the circle I placed a 3x4" photo which I backed with various patterned papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad. Before adding the circle to my white cardstock, I added a large piece of patterned paper to the left side of my white cardstock and added a Fabric Border vertically down the middle of the page as well as a piece of patterned paper. These strips peek out from the top and bottom behind the circle to add dimension. To embellish I tucked Ephemera Die Cuts around the photo, building small cluster. Mixing leaves, Cardstock Stickers, and small icons creates visual interest without overwhelming the photo. For the title, I chose a Journaling Die Cut. Positioning it slightly overlapping the circle ties everything together and reinforces the central design. To finish, I scattered Enamel Dots around the page.
