Hello scrapbook friends! It’s Sophie Delorme on Paige’s blog today and I'm so excited to share a new layout with you! For this page I used the Crafted Moments collection along with a beautiful cut file from Paige called Petals Background.
I edited the Petals Background cut file to erase the bottom portion then cut it out of white cardstock. I trimmed the cardstock in half and created a lovely floral border using one of my border punches. I backed the cut file with several patterned papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad then hand stitched around the edge of every petal with matching thread for a little extra texture. I placed this white cardstock piece on the upper part of a gorgeous blue 12x12 cardstock that ties in perfectly with the collection. My colored photo sits a bit crooked on the right side of the page, surrounded by beautiful Floral Die Cuts cascading down the blue background. On the left of the photo, I added a floral sentiment heart from the Ephemera Die Cuts that serves as my title. To finish things off, I included two labels from the Ephemera Die Cuts for my journaling, stamped the date, and created a sweet little flower cluster at the very bottom of the page. I absolutely adore how this one turned out! Have an amazing crafty day!
