The One with TiltShiftMaker

Wednesday, June 3, 2009

I have spent hours and hours constructing these mini scenes using wood and fake grass and cotton balls for clouds and, and and...that's not really true...

But for reals, over the past couple days as I've been perusing through my blog subscriptions, I've seen pictures of buildings and landscapes that look like they're miniature sets. Turns out they were created on a site called TiltShiftMaker. So I made some of my own using pictures from the Philippines, Chicago, London, Spring City, etc. Try making your own, it's addicting!

Puget Sound, WA

Balboa Island, CA

Newport Beach, CA

Leyte, Philippines

Tacloban, Philippines

  1. The one of Puget Sound looked the most like a model scene to me. Even the water looks fake.
