Hello my crafty friends! It’s Ali Skifton and today I’m sharing a cute new Design Team layout using Paige's Legendary collection.
For this layout I selected a handful of different patterns from the 6x8 Paper Pad and cut them into three different widths. I layered the strips at an angle across the page to create a fun background with lots of movement and color. I absolutely adore this photo of Odin in his little suit - his tiny arm giving it all he’s got and that happy expression just melts my heart! I decided to print the same photo in black & white as well because I think it really highlights the expression and details even more. This collection worked beautifully with both photos. There are so many great titles to choose from in this collection and I ended up picking two that fit Odin perfectly. I used the “Eyes Open, Heart Wide, World Ready” Chipboard Phrase Sticker and paired it with another phrase from the Ephemera Die Cuts. The collection also includes so many adorable boy-themed embellishments. I chose the tennis shoes because Odin is always on the go and the cute cherry soda can from the Puffy Stickers because he always seems full of energy - almost like he’s caffeinated! To finish the page, I tucked a Cardstock Sticker under the main title and sprinkled Enamel Dots around the embellishment clusters for a little extra detail and dimension.
